This family-friendly event includes a special area with activities just for children (6-15 years old). Amity Leo Club members will take good care of the children while you paint.

Are you ready to go back in time for new adventure? Then you must join Sleeping Giant Build as we climb aboard a vintage trolley for a fun and memorable afternoon fusing history and art. And, best of all, proceeds from this event will benefit our 13th Habitat home and Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven’s mission to provide home ownership opportunities for low-income, working families.

Picture this… after arriving at the Shore Line Trolley Museum, you’ll enjoy a scenic vintage trolley ride and be inspired after learning about local trolley history. Then, a professional artist will guide you through painting your own masterpiece featuring a vintage trolley. Your registration fee includes a round-trip trolley ride, painting supplies, instruction, and refreshments.
